All items purchased are not returnable except for products which is found defective or broken before bottle opened. No returns will be accepted after 7 days. For a return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise to us. Exception: If we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, please notify us.

Return is not accepted under reason such as :

Lenses do not fit my eyes 

I do not like the color / model 

The prescriptions do not suit my eye
